Booking conditions and cancellation policy
RESERVATION CONDITIONS
- The reservation will only be effective with the agreement of the campsite, once the deposit and the reservation contract properly filled out and signed, or the acceptance of the general sales conditions when booking online.
- If the deposit payment is not made at the time of reservation or the remaining amount is not paid at least 30 days before the start of the stay by the customer, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the reservation and offer the accommodation for rent again.
- Reservations only bind the campsite if they have been accepted, which the campsite is free to do or not, depending on availability, and in general, all circumstances that may affect the execution of the made reservation. The campsite offers family-oriented stays, in the traditional sense, and the accommodations are specifically designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to reject reservations that go against this principle or attempt to distort it.
- The reservation of a pitch or accommodation (bungalow, cottage, mobile homes, tents, etc.) is strictly personal. Under no circumstances can the reservation be subleased or transferred without the prior consent of the campsite.
- Minors must always be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Pitches
El precio básico incluye la parcela para la tienda, la caravana o el camping-car para 1 o 2 personas, el acceso a los aseos y a las infraestructuras del camping.- The accommodations are fully equipped. The basic price is for 2 up to a maximum of 6 people, depending on the type of accommodation and campsite.
- The campsite reserves the right to deny access to groups or families who arrive with a number of members exceeding the capacity of the rented accommodation.
GROUP RESERVATION
- Any reservation of more than 4 accommodations made by a single individual or by several individuals who know each other, traveling for the same reasons and planning to stay during the same dates at the same campsite, is considered a group reservation.
- The accommodations offered on the campsite’s commercial website are exclusively for individual customers.
- To request a group reservation, you must always contact the campsite by phone at +34 722 673 691 or by email at reservas@teacampa.com. The campsite reserves the right to examine the reservation request before accepting or rejecting it.
RATES AND MUNICIPAL STAY TAX
- The prices indicated are valid for the 2023 season. They are per night and are in euros, including VAT.
- The amount of the tourist stay tax varies depending on the autonomous community, if applicable.
- The rates may be subject to modifications during the season.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
- For reservations made more than 30 days in advance of the start date of the stay, a 30% deposit of the total price of the reserved services must be paid. The remainder must be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay at the campsite.
- For reservations made less than 30 days in advance of the start date of the stay, the total payment must be made at the time of booking (70% at the time of booking), with the remaining 30% paid during online check-in or at the campsite’s reception during check-in.
- If the deposit payment is not made at the time of reservation or the remaining amount is not paid at least 30 days before the start of the stay by the customer, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the reservation and offer the accommodation for rent again.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
- Modification of the reservation:
The customer may request changes to their stay at the same campsite (dates, type of accommodation) by submitting a written request to the campsite (via email at reservas@teacampa.com), subject to availability and possibilities, as well as the application of surcharges if the new dates have higher prices than the previously requested ones. No postponement of the stay to the following season will be accepted. In the absence of changes, the customer must proceed with their stay according to the initial reservation conditions.
- Any request to extend the duration of the stay will be responded to based on availability and current rates.

Any request to reduce the duration of the stay will be considered a partial cancellation of the reservation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption conditions of the stay.
- Unused Services
In the event of interrupted or shortened stays due to one of the following reasons:
- Closure of borders by administrative decision
- Administrative closure of the campsite
- Limitation of travel by administrative decision to a distance that does not allow access to the campsite
The campsite will issue a voucher for the corresponding amount of the unused nights, valid for two years. If the customer rejects the voucher, they will be reimbursed, upon request, the corresponding amount, with the deduction of the cancellation insurance cost if it has been contracted.
Except for the reasons mentioned above, no interrupted or shortened stays (late arrival, early departure) by the customer or due to weather conditions will be eligible for a refund or voucher.
- Cancellation by the Campsite
In the event of a cancellation by the campsite, except in cases of force majeure, all amounts paid for the reservation will be refunded. However, this cancellation will not entitle the customer to any compensation for damages or losses.
- Cancellation caused by the client
In case of cancellation caused by the client, except in cases of force majeure, the following cancellation and refund conditions will apply.
Any cancellation request must be communicated by email to reservas@teacampa.com. Cancellations communicated by phone will not be considered. Any cancellation implies the termination of the reservation, and the campsite reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rent again.
- In case of cancellation by the client
Due to one of the following reasons (preventing the stay):
- Closure of borders by administrative decision
- Administrative closure of the campsite
- Limitation of travel by administrative decision to a distance that does not allow access to the campsite
The campsite will issue a voucher for an amount corresponding to the total sums paid, valid for two years. In case the client rejects the voucher, they will be reimbursed, upon request, the corresponding amount.
Cancellation for any other reason:
- Case 1: Cancellation up to 16 (sixteen) days before the start of the stay.
The campsite will retain 15% of the amount of the stay as cancellation fees. The amounts paid will be refunded minus the amount of the deposit. If the payment has been made in part or in full with a voucher of higher value than the deposit: the campsite will retain 15% of the amount of the stay as cancellation fees. A new non-refundable voucher with a validity of 2 years, usable at the campsite, will be issued for the amount of the initial voucher, after deducting the 15% deposit. The rest of the amounts paid different from the voucher will be refunded. - Case 2: Cancellation between 15 (fifteen) and 6 (six) days before the start of the stay. The campsite will retain 30% of the total amount of the stay as cancellation fees. A voucher will be issued for the value corresponding to the amounts paid minus the cancellation fees corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the stay. This voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable, and can only be used at the campsite where the stay was cancelled, valid for two years.
- Case 3: Cancellation between 5 (five) days before and the day of the start of the stay. The campsite will retain the entire amount paid, that is, the full amount of the stay. No refund will be made. The campsite reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rent again.
- Case 4: In case of not showing up before midnight on the day of the reservation without notifying a delay in check-in, the campsite will retain the full amount charged, and the client will not be entitled to demand a refund. The campsite reserves the right to offer the accommodation for rent again from the following day.
STAY
- Arrival
- Accommodations: On the day of arrival at the campsite, you will be received from 4:00 pm, and upon handing over the keys to the accommodation, a deposit may be requested.
- During the stay
It is the customer’s responsibility to keep an eye on their personal belongings (bicycles, etc.). The campsite disclaims all liability in case of incidents related to the customer’s civil liability. The property is not responsible for the loss, theft, misplacement, or breakage of any personal item. All customers must accept the provisions of the internal regulations. Each customer who is the holder of the accommodation is responsible for any inconvenience and damages caused by the people who camp with them or come to visit them at the campsite.
- Departure:
- Accommodations: On the day of departure indicated in the contract, the accommodation must be vacated before 11:00 am and must be left in perfect cleanliness condition. The inventory may be verified, and the camper will be responsible for all broken or damaged items, as well as the repair of infrastructures, if necessary. In the case of a deposit being requested, it will be refunded at the end of the stay, deducting any relevant compensations, with supporting invoices, for possible damages observed during the check-out verification. The retention of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation if the expenses exceed the amount of the deposit.
- Accommodations: If the accommodation has not been cleaned at the time of departure, a minimum cleaning supplement of €95 VAT included will be charged (see the “Rates” page of the campsite).
- In case of late check-out, an additional day may be charged at the current nightly rate.
ANIMALS
Pets are allowed in the campsite upon payment of a supplement at the time of booking. Once authorized, they must always be kept on a leash. They are prohibited in the vicinity of the pools, in food shops, and inside buildings. The vaccination record of dogs and cats must be up to date.
IMAGE RIGHTS
You authorize the campsite, as well as any other person designated by the campsite, to photograph, record, or film you during your stay at the campsite and exploit these images, sounds, videos, and recordings on any medium (especially on the camping’s websites or pages, including Facebook and Instagram, on presentation and promotional materials of the campsite, and in travel or tourist guides). This consent applies to both yourself and all the people staying with you. The sole purpose of this consent is to ensure the promotion and animation of the establishments and the camping network and, in no case, will it undermine your reputation. This consent is given free of charge, for all countries, and for a period of five years.
LITIGATIONS
Any eventual claim related to non-compliance of services with respect to contractual commitments can be communicated by regular mail or email to the camping manager.
MEDIATION
If you are not satisfied with the response received, you may refer the matter to the Mediation Center of the autonomous community where the campsite is located, one month after sending your postal or email correspondence.
CAMPING’S LIABILITY
The campsite strives to ensure the updating of all information published on the campsite’s website, including presentation photographs, ratings, activities, leisure facilities, services, and opening dates. However, as some of this information is occasionally subject to change, and the photographs are provided by accommodation manufacturers, the content on the website is not contractual. Therefore, the campsite shall only have an obligation to provide means.
